Fun fact: I was bored and took inspiration from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure... Anywho, more sin-city/Madworld crazies.

Heng Jian... The Mad Blademaster
-----------------------------
For Heng Jian, life was ordinary, despite the negatives that surrounded him. He and his family lived deep in the more crime-ridden areas of the city, forced to a single home with but a small antique shop to their name. Nevertheless, the years of hardship never truly affected their spirit, and despite minimal success with their sales, the family of Jian got by well with what the had. Life was difficult, but the learned well to adapt to it all.

One day, Heng and his two brothers went off to purchase groceries, going about their time as per usual... until they take a sharp turn in the street, and trip over a parked car. The vehicle was quite glorious in its appearance, though now ruined by a large scratch across the hood, causing its owner to become enraged. The brothers ran off... not knowing that the man whom they insulted was a very powerful gang lord. Night came, and the brothers soon forgot the ordeal long enough to share dinner with their family. Joys were shared, for but a moment, until the house was set ablaze. Heng's father attempted to route everyone out of the building, only to find every exit to be blocked tight. Screams and smoke filled the air, hands clawing through barred windows before everyone was burned to a horrible death... all except for Heng Jian.

Life would've ended their for Heng were it not for a billionaire with good intentions. Knowing his family was ended by the gang, the billionaire gave Heng a second chance, using his vast amounts of funds to help the young man deliver justice. Fitted with a hi-tech cybernetic body, Heng Jian was brought back to life with the mission to defeat the corruption in the city, to save the defenseless, and to give hope wherever he can. Heng accepted, but on the condition that his weapons carry with them the ashes of his two brothers, mother, father, grandfather, and uncle, all of whom died in the flames that gave him his chance at vengeance.

From that day, many would speak of the titanic swordsmen, built with six arms, each masterfully wielding weapons of various forms. He would be regarded a hero, a legend, a savior to those in need and a terror to the tyrants of the streets... were it not for once was thought to be an 'insignificant' error. Within Heng's robotic implants in his brain were the codes of honor, one such being a clear command:

"Do not slay the good; Slay only the evil."

At first, this made sense to Heng. Those who were in danger were clearly innocent, as well those who commit neither crime or wrong. It was so black and white, but soon Heng began to consider the details of the crimes he stops, the people he save. Could a thief not be considered good if he were to steal food to aid his family? Is a simple business-man be thought of as evil if his businesses support misdeeds in some indirect way? What can be measured evil or good? Are good deeds done only by the good, and can the same be said for the evil? These, and many more questions clouded Heng's mind, making it difficult to function at all. Soon, Heng decided that the only way to truly fix this issue was to accept the absolute:

"One can only be good and innocent... until cruel or evil deeds be committed."

Heng soon functioned properly, but now with a truly awful change. If any man were to commit a crime, even the smallest of sins, the six-armed blademaster would be there to enact punishment. Same for those in accusation or suspicion of evil deeds, they too would be brought down by the almighty blade. Bodies piled, blood spilled, and all attempts to stop the murderous cyborg would be cut down... even the like of the very billionaire who gave Heng such power.

Stories surrounding the 'hero' would change, all now telling of his many killings, and the great pride he takes knowing that he had slain yet another 'evil'. It wouldn't be long until he'd disappear, now a legend... a legend of a man once so common, now a killer with a sick code of honor behind him.
